As with many times in life, we are often served with unexpected turns, twists. Yet, how we perceive each turn or twist depends on a lot of factors and influences. If we perceive it with a pessimistic mindset, we rob ourselves a chance to grow.
If we perceive it with a optimistic mindset, we can allow this encounter to be a futile ground for growth. However, in intense emotional period, we are often trapped by our own unconscious triggers.
If we are not aware of the triggers that kept pushing us towards a certain route, the expected result is to keep returning to a set behaviour, a set pattern.
Not all patterns are malfunction – as human beings, we do have beneficial patterns. For instance, nature have gifted us with instincts to detect danger and to avoid them.
To acknowledge ourselves (eg being on rut) requires acknowledging that we need assistance at times. This means accepting our own “flaws”, “strengths” and this journey, no matter how bad it looks at the moment.
And sometimes, that means an honest conversation with our guides in the Records, who may know us for a long time and could give us a open hint on howto progress.
If you are at such crossroad, why not use your records as a compass?
